A group of English scouts from Essex was with us in the frosty but sunny afternoon to tour the Old Town and the Wawel Castle. For some of them it wasn’t the first visit to Krakow, so it was a chance for us to meet old friends…

Today we had a great pleasure to welcome a big group of young ladies - students of an Enfield Town school from London and show them parts of Krakow connected with the Jewish History. We hope that our outdoor freezing class will help to pass al the exams successfully

It’s really freezing… Even Vistula River is frozen… A few more days and we’re going to skate on it…

Since we haven’t bought new skates yet
we have nothing to do but to show Krakow to our guests from different corners of the world. This morning we toured the Jewish Quarter with Hanna from a Scottish Isle of Arran and Ashley from New Zealand who also joined for the afternoon walk of the Old Town…

The best remedy against frost is a good walk. Well… We walked despite it was -10 and visited Kazimierz Jewish Quarter and the Wartime Ghetto in Podgórze with two young travellers from hot Chile and two Yorkshire gentlemen who were with Cooltour for the second time after the Old Town walk the day before…

It was the coldest day this year and this winter so far. The temperature during the morning and the afternoon tours wasn’t higher than -10.
Seven brave frost-proof walkers were with us in the morning during the Jewish Heritage tours: two couples from Essex, England, a lady from Donegal, Ireland, and a Scottish couple from Edinburgh…

In the afternoon, we were glad to welcome again two couples from Essex, who joined us straight after the morning tour, a gentleman from London, and a trio of medical students from Melbourne, Australia (the last three had an additional attraction of the coldest temperature ever experienced :)))))

This morning we were glad to meet our friends from Karlsruhe, Germany, who had been with us yesterday during the Old Town and this morning turned up for the Jewish Quarter walk. It was another great walk and interesting conversation…
