Today we cycled around Krakow with group of Eastern Trekkers travelling by bus around Central Europe. As usually the group was dominated by Aussies running away to Europe from the freezing

It was a nice Saturday for two interesting walks of Krakow…
In the morning, we had a walk of the Jewish Quarter for five Americans from Massachusetts, Virginia, South Carolina and California, an Israeli family from Beersheba, an Aussie traveller from Brisbane, and two Spaniards from Barcelona. Mrs Eva from Massachusetts was born just before the war in Poland: a history of her family wartime survival made our tour even more interesting. Thanks a lot…

In the afternoon, we walked around the Old Town with representatives of three countries: a German family of five from Frankfurt and Düsseldorf, two students-friends from Mexico, and two ladies from South of England…

A rainy Thursday morning we spent strolling around Kazimierz and Podgórze during our regular Jewish Walk with three young ladies: two of them came from Chicago USA, and another one was from Montreal, Canada…

It was a day of umbrellas, raincoats, sweaters and fleece jackets… Despite some kind of summer weather problems we were happy to meet plenty of walkers from different parts of the world…
In the morning, we walked the Jewish Quarter with a family of six from Durham, England, an Aussie traveller from Sidney, a German guy from Munich, and an English couple from St Albans…

In the afternoon, we organised the Old Town Walk for two English couples from Bath and Leicestershire, an Australian gentleman, and two guys from Peru spending two weeks in Poland on a business trip…

The regular morning walk of the Jewish Quarter attracted today six walkers: two Canadian friends from Toronto, who were with us yesterday during our afternoon walk, a grandmother from Philadelphia and her grandson from Iowa travelling Southern Poland on bicycles, and an Italian couple from Naples…

An entertaining Old Town Walk at 2 pm was for two couples from Leeds, England, two friends from Frankfurt, Germany, a Dutch gentleman from the Hague, and an American medical specialist from Connecticut working in Germany…

In the morning, accompanied by the hot sun we strolled around Kazimierz and Podgórze during our regular Jewish Krakow Walk with a couple from Hertfordshire, England, who’s relatives were Jews from the pre-war Krakow, a couple from South Africa living in Norwich, and a couple from Malta…

In the afternoon, when it became even hotter, we were happy to show the Old Town to a traveller from Chicago, USA, who already was with us yesterday’s morning for the Jewish Quarter Walk, a couple from Harrow, England, and two friends from Toronto, Canada…
