Poland is celebrating 20 years since collapse of communism. Krakow became the centre of the celebration. Thanx to prime-ministers, presidents and chancellors invited for the party the city centre was converted into a fortress for two days. After a few days of rain and wind (which, in fact, were still here today) we had a logistical disaster: roads blocked, tight security and noisy cars with officials.

Anyway, it didn’t stop us of touring Krakow on two wheels with four brave cyclists: a Welsh couple from Bangor celebrating the marriage anniversary in Krakow (good choice!), a Canadian from Toronto based for a while in Prague and an American from Chicago working for Britannica Encyclopaedia.
