As a result of longlasting rains the floods have started. A few towns in Southern Poland are fighting with large amount of water. Nevertheless, the situation in Poland is much better than it’s in the Czech Republic across the border. So, if you are planning a train trip from Krakow to Prague, expect some delays.

Krakow so far is doing well. The Vistula River is slightly high than usually, but the life in the town goes ahead without disruption.

Today we cycled the city with 8-member Welsh-English family. The trip to Krakow was a surprise birthday present for the mother. Can you imagine the better gift?
