23 July - Two Blazing Walks
July 23rd, 2009 · Posted in Jewish Quarter Walk, Old Town Walk, Our Groups ·Today we had one of the hottest days this summer so far: absolutely melting air of +35 degrees centigrade in the shade. Despite the extreme conditions we still walk with pleasure around the city - luckily Krakow has narrow shady streets and cool courtyards.
In the morning, we welcomed a dozen of walkers for the Jewish Quarter walk:Â four Americans from Southern California, an Irish couple from Cork, four friends from Norway, Poland and Australia, and a couple from London.

For 2pm Old Town Walk we had a compact group of five guests: three Germans from Hamburg, Munich and Frankfurt, as well as two American friends from New Jersey.
