5 July - Jazz Festival and Two Tours
July 6th, 2009 · Posted in Bike Tour, Jewish Quarter Walk, Our Groups, latest news from Krakow ·The first weekend of July is the traditional beginning of Krakow Summer Jazz Festival at Piwnica Pod Baranami. Untill the end of the month Krakow will be the centre of Polish jazz scene with numbers of concerts every night. The festival kicked off with New Orleans Sunday on the Main Market Square.

And we still walking and cycling accompanied by jazz bands from all over the world. In the morning we walked the Jewish Quarter with a small group of three guests: a couple from Belgium and a traveller from Adelaide in Australia.

From 3 to 16 in the afternoon. 16 cyclists turned up for our regular Krakow Bike Tour: 4 Danes, an Irish primary school teacher from Galway, 3 Australian from Melbourne, a German couple from Osnabrück, 4 Americans from Seattle and Arizona speaking perfect Russian and two friends from Kent in England.
