22 July - Fire Brigade Fountains & Two Walks

Krakowians and the city visitors look for shade patches, air-conditioned rooms and water. Thanks to Krakow fire brigades we had plenty of water today. They installed real fire hoses and sprinklers on the Main Market Square and other city spots watering passers by and providing kids with great fun

Despite a grill-like heat we had plenty of walkers todays…
The morning walk of the Jewish Quarter and Wartime Ghetto attracted a big international group: a Swedish couple from Stockholm, a German couple from Düsseldorf, a Dutch family from Haarlem, a Polish lady from Warsaw, two American travellers from Seattle and New York, and a Romanian couple from Bucharest…

At 2pm we met five travellers for the Old Town walk: a young Swedish couple from Stockholm, an Australian couple from Tasmania, and a lady-photographer from New York, US…
