24 July - French Day

Today we organised two private walks of the Jewish Quarter and the Old Town for David: a teacher of music from Paris, who has come to Krakow to pass his Polish language exam. He doesn’t know the result yet, but taking into consideration that both tours were in Polish he definitely will get the best grades

22 July - Fire Brigade Fountains & Two Walks

Todays is the hottest day this week so far. Krakowians and the city visitors look for shade patches, air-conditioned rooms and water. Thanks to Krakow fire brigades we had plenty of water today. They installed real fire hoses and sprinklers on the Main Market Square and other city spots watering passers by and providing kids with great fun

Despite a grill-like heat we had plenty of walkers todays…

The morning walk of the Jewish Quarter and Wartime Ghetto attracted a big international group: a Swedish couple from Stockholm, a German couple from Düsseldorf, a Dutch family from Haarlem, a Polish lady from Warsaw, two American travellers from Seattle and New York, and a Romanian couple from Bucharest…

At 2pm we met five travellers for the Old Town walk: a young Swedish couple from Stockholm, an Australian couple from Tasmania, and a lady-photographer from New York, US…

21 July - Two Sextet Walks

It’s getting hotter and hotter in Krakow. Well, we have no choice but zigzag from a shade to a shade

During the morning tour of the Jewish Quarter we were glad to meet our friends. One of them was a gentleman from Manchester, England, who was already on one of our tours last summer. This time he brought to Krakow his daughter and a son. We also were glad to welcome back a New Zealander from yesterday’s afternoon tour, a traveller from Stuttgart, Germany, and a French guy from Toulouse.

At 2pm we had a regular walking tour of the Old Town. The family from Manchester and French traveller from Toulouse was again with us They were joined by a couple from Wellington, New Zealand stopping in Krakow during their four-week European tour.

20 July - Busy Tuesday

A midweek bringing us back the hot weather and lot of tourists from different parts of the world…

The morning walk of the Jewish Quarter attracted a group of people from all corners of Europe, South and North America: a couple from Newport in Wales, an English couple from Leicestershire, two German couples from Trier and Bremen, three gentlemen from South of Scotland, a Dutch couple from Rotterdam, three Brazilians living in Germany, and an American lady from South Carolina…

In the afternoon, we met a lucky seven during our regular Old Town Walk: a Welsh couple from Newport came straight after the morning tour and was again with us, there was also an Irish couple from Belfast, two friends from Vienna, Austria, and a New Zealander with Russian origins visiting Krakow being on an one-year round-the-world trip…

19 July - Compact Walks’ Day

It was one of those sleepy Mondays: cloudy, no sun, some kind of drizzling rain time after time… A good day for a couple of cups of coffee or… for a couple of nice walks with a couple of cups of coffee

This morning we spent with Stephen and Karen from Portsmouth, England walking in Jewish Quarter. It was their second walk with CoolTourCompany after the Old Town Tour a few days ago…

In the afternoon, we were glad to meet a traveller from Galicia, Spain living in London, and an Israeli couple visiting Poland for a scientific conference…

18 July - Bike Tour & Thunderstorm

A regular Sunday bike tour for a group of Eastern Trekkers from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa started with a usual heat we have used to for the past two weeks, but finished with an amazing thunderstorm and buckets of water from the sky. We were back to our shop absolutely wet and totally happy

11 July - Blazing Day Bike Rides

Today the temperature in Krakow hit +35. Hiding from a shade to a shade we managed to organise two blazing bike tours for a bunch of travelling Eastern Trekkers….

There was a hot-proof group in the morning…

…and another heat-resistant group in the afternoon

It was another blazing day with a 15-minute rain in the afternoon… Huh, it’s very hot in Krakow

Well, trying to find as much shade as it possible we walked around our beautiful city as usually…

This morning we spent with a couple from Sidney, Australia, and a family of two from Brugge, Belgium strolling around the Jewish Quarter of Krakow…

The afternoon walk of the Old Town was for five gentlemen: three Americans from Washington D.C., Arkansas and San Francisco, as well two Aussies from Perth and Brisbane…

30 June - Two Trios For Two Walks

This morning was absolutely English: during our Jewish Quarter Walk we were glad to meet Paul and Val from Salisbury, as well as Austin - an English hostel-owner in Riga, Latvia…

A blazing afternoon Old Town Walk at 2pm attracted a student of Math and Philosophy from Newcastle, England, and a travelling Korean couple Seoul…

28 June - A Quartet Morning & A Three-Quartet Afternoon

This morning we were glad to meet two travelling couples coming to Krakow from really far away: a young couple from Australia on their one-month tour of Europe, and our first guests from Algeria in North Africa…

The Old Town Walk in the aftrenoon was absolutely interesting thanx to a fact that we have so many people from different parts of the world: a couple from Galway, Ireland, three Canadians from Toronto and Montreal, a couple from Sweden, an Australian traveller, an English-Scottish couple from Yorkshire, an American student from Missouri, and an English lady from Derby…
