Today Poland was celebrating two national holidays: the Day of the Polish Army and the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. Since Poland is mostly catholic the second holiday is one of the most important after Chrstmas, Easter and All Saints…

Today, like on every summer Sunday, we again were cycling the city with two groups of Eastern Trekkers: Kiwis, Japanese and looooot of Aussies.
At the beginning, there were 22 bikers in the morning…
 … and then 11 in the afternoon…
… as a result - a good weather, fun and three flat tyres

Today the whole centre of Krakow was about the final stage of the one-week Bicycle Tour of Poland. The cyclists reached the finish line at about 5:30 in the afternoon.

Last Sunday we were celebrating the finish of Tour de France, today is the time for the start of the 66th Tour de Pologne - a one-week bicycle race around Poland. The finish line is in Krakow next Saturday.
