Once you’ve arrived to our beautiful city it would be a pity to miss out one of the greatest attractions of December. Every year, Christmas market in Krakow, gives both locals and tourists, excellent opportunity to support Polish economy.
Small wooden stalls, decorated christmas trees, colorful lights provide joyfull atmosphere for both kids and adults.

The tradition of building christmas cribs first appeared in Krakow in the XIX century among local workers and masons. Every year, around Christmas, groups of carol singers carrying small cribs would gather up in the main market square, and wait to be invited to wealthy merchant’s residences.
